Ali Karbalaeikhani graduated from motahari High School, in Tafresh, in 1986 and passed the national universities entrance exam with honors entering shahid Beheshti (formerly named national University) University medical school in the same year. He received his MD with honors in 1994 (top ten percent) and attended the same shahid Beheshti University department of General surgery for his surgical residency program. He received Board of General Surgery certification in 2000
His academic achievements placed him in AJA University of Medical Sciences as an assistant professor of general surgery. He completed his hand and plastic surgery fellowship in 15 khordad Hospital.
He is member of Iran society of surgeon and the member of Iran society for surgery of hand Dr. Karbalaeikhani has published over 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals He is co- editor and reviewer of several national and international journals. Dr. karbalaeikhani is an active member of the scientific community and has participated in many scientific meetings and conferences.
He has now achieved the degree of associate professor with great effort and by writing and publishing numerous articles in prestigious international journals.
15 years of extensive work in the field of plastic surgery has allowed Dr. Karbalaeikhani to develop an expertise in Rhinoplasty, Facial rejuvenation, Endoscopic Brow lift, Breast modifications, Liposculpture and advanced body contouring techniques. Dr. Ali karbalaeikhani has been the head of plastic surgery unit at the Emam Reza general Hospital in Tehran.
